SUPERVISION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

ARKITECTONICA has a full-fledged well-equipped interior Design Section in the Head Office. The Section’s versatility is demonstrated by the successful completion of projects in corporate as well as private sectors ranging from offices, hotels, restaurants, palaces and private villas.

Interior design services cover space planning, producing design concepts including perspective views, material/color sample boards, furniture, fabric, lighting and accessories selections.

COST CONTROL SYSTEMS

All Quantity Surveyors are computer literate and produce cost plans and cost summaries on a range of proprietary program.

Tailor made program to produce quantity take-offs and bills of quantities to suit the specific needs of each Project will be developed, based on existing program.

An extensive materials cost data base is maintained to assist with estimating, and this is continuously updated to reflect current costs.
